How do you make the twisted pigtails that Hermione?

In the movie, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Hermione, played by the beautiful Emma Watson, wears her hair in twisted pigtails during the First Task, in which Harry must pass a dragon. Does anyone know how to style hair like that? I’ve tried a few different ways, but none of them came out the way hers did.
